デザイナー朝藤が子供の頃に過ごした幻想的なお盆の夜の風景と、ウィリアム・マムラーが撮影した心霊写真を重ね合わせた今シーズン。

くるくる回る盆提灯から映されるカラフルな影の中で、マムラーが二重露光で表現した幽霊のように半透明になった人々が軽やかに宙を舞う姿を表現しました。

This season's collection combines the fantastical night scenery of the Obon festival that designer Asafuji spent her childhood with spirit photographs taken by William H. Mumler.

In the colorful shadows cast by the spinning bon lanterns, Mumler's double exposure captures the ghostly, translucent figures dancing lightly through the air.
